Dear Dr, Last week we have done biopsy report details as below Specimen cervical Biopsy from Anterior lip Gross A1X0. 8X0.5 cm piece of firm gry white tissue is entirely submitted. Diagnosis Endocervicitis with focal Squamous metaplasia. There is no Atypia or malignancy but after that patient facing problem of spotting pain. Please suggest what is cause or shall we remove uterus. Or any chances of CA. Patient name: Age 41, Married one child. Please suggest.

Hello, The biopsy rules out cancer and post cervical biopsy. Spotting can continue for 7-10 days even. She has cervical infection and inflammation and can be treated with a long course of antibiotics.
