Hi, I am suffering from Anal fissure problem. Last one month blood is coming out. I am facing this issue from last 8 years (once in year). Most of the time healing occurs without any medication with in 4-5 days, but this time from last one month I am facing this issue. Please help. Regards.

Anal Fissure can be completely treated without surgery by Graded Kshar Karma. In this treatment; a specialized Ayurvedic medicine is applied in anal passage. This medicine debrides the fissure and induces healing. Generally pain subsides in a week or 10 days time period but for complete healing of Anal Fissure 4-5 Graded Kshar Karma sittings may be required. Now you should do sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) 2-3 times a day followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder. Administer 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night.
