Hi, I am 19 years old. When I am writing something on paper and even I am typing on phone sometime my hand are trembling it just give a shake and then back to normal. It happens with my mouth too when I am speaking. It happens with me normally I mean even I am not nervous or feeling depressed. When I am typing this details my hands are tremble two to four times. I can control this with clam down my mind and slowly doing things.
