I have problems with my left knee, which had KNEE ARTHROSCOPY performed and now there is partial movement in left knee. More than a year has passed now but still I am unable to run or hard exercises. Please suggest the course of action.

Do range of motion exercises to increse your movement. Quadriceps n hamstring strenghthening exercises .do cycling for 20 minutes a days. Non weight bearing exercises. Loose weight also.

Post arthroscopy You must be having a weak thigh muscle Hence you require a course of physio from a good physiotherapist.
