Tell me why I cannot be able to to hold during sex. I mean to say it takes one or two minutes to come.

The problem you are having is called premature ejaculation. It is usually because of excessive masturbation, because during masturbation, you don't have to impress anyone and you tend to discharge early. Gradually your system gets adapted to early discharge and when you have sex you cannot hold your semen for long. This problem is treatable but more details are required before we start proper counselling and medical treatment. You may consult me or any other good sexologist for treatment options.
