I have fatty liver. I don't drink alcohol. I am type 2 diabetic. I read that my medicine for diabetic (glim 3 mg) has side effects on liver. What herbal treatment is effective to bring down (AST/SGOT 134 and ALT/SGPT 205) my doctor prescribed me legolan for this But not effecting.

It is the excess internal fat and inactivity that is responsible. Looking at your weight and height it is clear that with a BMI of 30.36 kgs/Sq meter, you are already in grade 1 obesity. That is the main reason for NAFLD. Plus if one has improperly controlled diabetes, that also contributes to fatty liver. It is necessary to have strict glucose control and also do regular exercise and maintain normal body weight. Your ideal body weight should be about 55 kgs, which means there is an excess of 20 kgs.
