I got bitten by dog on 19 September this year and went to hospital to get vaccinated on the same day. I was given one shot on the same day and 3 more shots were due on 22nd September, 28th September and 19 October. I took first three vaccine shots on time but 4th one got delayed by 1 month (as I forgot about it) and I took it on 24th November, 2018. So I've chances to get caught with rabies? I've heard that incubation period of Rabies varies from 3 days to 10 years. What should I do?

You have no chances of getting rabies as you are immunised with full course even if one dose was delayed which will not affect immunity. Yes,the incubation period of Rabies varies from 3 days to 10 years and in your case is not relevant as especially you are not sure if the dog was rabid or not.
