Hello, I broke my forearm a year back and rod was implanted and this June 2018 it was removed now in December 2018 can I go to gym or not if I can go how much kg maximum I can lift as I could feel that my broken arm is low in strength wise so I planning to go for a gym please guide me thank you in advance.

Kindly confirm the union of fracture by x rays & clinically. Start physiotherapy to build up muscle power gradually. You can come to your ususal activities slowly & gradually.

Your bone union is good as they have removed the nail. You are to avoid exercises putting full body weight on the forearm like push ups. It would be better if you can strengthen your affected upper limb with supervision from a physiotherapist.
