Vitamin D (25-OH) = < 4.20 B 12= 234 pg/ml Vitamin B9 = 2.45 ng/ml Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate = 15 mm/hr Testosterone Total = 54 ng/dl FSH =69 LH= 7.16 MlU/ml prolactin = 57. 4ulU/ml Thyroid Stimulating Hormone = 2.9 ulU/ml Hb= 13.9.
