Hello, Thanks for the query. The glucose levels show that you are in pre-diabetic state. Therefore, there is a need for adapting a modified lifestyle. Which means to take a restricted diet, avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries, bakery items, foods made from maida, sweetened beverages like colas. Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads, fruits. Always use whole grain flour for roti and chapati. Walks regularly and maintain near normal weight. These precautions shouild help in preventing or postponing getting converted to diabetes. Thanks.
