Hi. I'm suffering from Anal fissure since a year. Now doctor advice me to try Pruvict 2 tablet at noon. The anal fissure cure permanently. Side effect of pruvict 2 tablet. And the stool starting is very hard and then came smooth why is this? And can I take pruvict 2 at night.

Tablet Pruvict is stool softening medicine. It will help in pain resulting from hard stool. But it is not the complete treatment for this problem. For fissure you should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) 2-4 times a day followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan powder in anal canal. Put 5 ml of Sushruta oil in anal passage in night. For easy evacuation of bowel movement you can take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in night.
