Both are the same, different pharma use different names. They have the advantage of getting dissolved so that they cannot be spitted out as in case of some medications needed to treat psychosis. For some medications they enhance absorption as well, so there are advantages with them. You can take them and gurgle with water or swallow too, as they will dissolve on the way in the digestive tract.

Dear Sahil, All have to be taken orally. You need not swallow with water. Before it reaches stomach, it takes action. Faster action. Convenient for children, un co operative persons.
