Hi, I'm going to be 31 on 4th May 2018. In 2014, I was diagnosed with diabetes. And Doctor advised me Getryl (Glimepiride) 2 mg and Metformin HCL 500 mg, everyday. I want to ask that does these medicines reduces sperm count? As I am not married yet. Please guide me.

In my opinion your problem can be due to diabetes disease not due to medicines.
