Sir I am suffering from annul fissure from 2 years at 11 'o clock position of the rectum. Some times it is bleeding when stool become harder. I have to take almost regular lactulose solution to keep soft my stool. I regularly use Sucral Anno cream and Diltiazem gel before bowl movement and after having sits bath with worm water adding povidone iodine solution. But have their any side effect to use those drugs? And I know as soon as I stop using them my stool become harder and its started bleeding. How can I get rid off from these? I am 27 years old man. Please help Sir.
