I had anal fistula. I have operated the fistula. Its been 2.5 months the wounded area is 85-90% healed and some amount of pus is still coming. Is this normal?

A fistula takes time to heal depending upon the extent of the problem and how extensive the surgery was. You can wait and watch for one more month. But if it persists then have a second opinion as perianal fistulas are notorious for recurrance. Regards.
