I am 50 years old with almost normal Lipid profile ,RFT, LFT but my sugar level has increased from 100 to 140 (fasting) and 140 to 180 (PP) in last two yrs. As I periodically (after every three months) test my sugar levels. I Take one teaspoon methi powder with 1 spoon amla powder daily in the morning, two spoon flax seed powder with meals, 4 capsules of seacod daily also uses garlic and all other precautions to maintain my Lipid profile ok .I also take precautions not to take excess sweets, potato, cold drinks etc. I also walk half hour after dinner almost daily but not in the morning. I am also taking ATORLIP-F tablet at bed time daily from last six months (now I am thinking to stop this with my doctors advice if permitted). WHAT are the possible reasons (FOR BLOOD SUGAR) and precautions to be taken. I don't want to be habitual for allopathy treatment .I want to treat myself with naturopathy or with diet control as far as possible.
