Why today suddenly my nose bleeds, whereas there is no such problem I face in my nose ,and these is the first time when my nose bleeds, is it a severe problem, do I really need to consult doctor.

If there is a history of nasal itching/ scratching by finger nail then no need to consult a doctor. Not a severe problem. Just avoid itching in nose by finger. Sometime we do not even remember that we scratched our nose but actually we did it. So the solution for this is to cut your nail regularly. Just see your fingernail if its raised then cut it first and after that nose bleed reoccur then consult your doctor. Thanks.
