Fissure near anus have a proper home food and only veg diet but very less exercise. Having anal fistula since last several years but no discharge of any kind but when I have chinese food (as an exception) the bleeding starts and remains for 2 days or so then again it comes to normal. Currently I am taking Himalaya tablet and same company ointment on the wound can you please suggest some ointment?

For anal fissure; most important point is the timing of application of ointment. It is to be before going to pass stool; not after passing stool.
