Patient needs to be evaluated clinically and may need colpo guided biopsy before planning treatment. This helps to decide about extent of surgery. The aim of treatment will be to give patient single modality of treatment .Either surgery alone or radiotherapy. If she is planned for surgery it need to be done by trained gynec oncologist so that chances that she will need further treatment is reduced to minimal. The cost of surgery is around a lakh .My hospital has patient support program also if patient is not affording they can also apply for it.
