I am 26 years old married women, 6 months back I got to know that I am having pcod as my periods were not regular. As doctor suggested me to exercise everyday I started doing it for 1 hour and my periods are regular now but the flow is only for 2 days, is it normal? And can I plan for baby?

Even if the flow is only for 2 days, if the amount of flow during those 2 days is normal, it is okay. You can plan a pregnancy.
