Hello lybrate-user, let me break down your questions and try to answer in a way understandable to you. Congestion and Running Nose All the time. This might be because of Allergy to something that you are being exposed to all the time (Example. Dust) Pain in Face area, Back of Eye and Forehead, Facial Tenderness. This might be because of your Deviated Nasal Septum which has caused Blockage of Sinus opening leading to Filling of sinus and Inflammation (Left Maxillary Sinusitis on X-ray) SoreThroat Might be due to your Allergic condition or Due to Mouth Breathing. If You feel like quality of sleep/ work are being disturbed due to Nasal Problem then you can opt for Surgery. Note that Surgery can only be done on your Deviated Nasal Septum or Nasal Mucosa. It Will not give you relief if you are suffering from allergy.
