I am 7 months pregnant and we have changed our refined oil to Saffola Total. It consists of 70% Rice Bran Oil and 30% Safflower oil. Is it safe to use that refined oil for cooking. One of the feature of this oil is that it thins the blood and prevents blood clotting so I am confused that it can be used in pregnancy or not? Kindly help me with this concern.
