My father is 69 years old and he had his bladder surgery for the 4th time In the first 2 operations <3 cm (low grade) the only tumor was respected in third, One tumor was respected but not malignant. The last operation report is 1 cm papillary kits in the old resection area were respected in one piece with the base During the last operation, superficial papillary formations could not be reached at the right end of the ureter For the differential diagnosis of possible ureter, CT scan with contrast-enhanced is appropriate. What is the likelihood that these papillary formation in the ureter tip may be a stone or tumor? Which possibility is higher? If it is a tumor, how is it treated?
