Hello doctor, 10 days back I was suffer from cold and cough. I visited to a doctor near me they inject me some injection and give some tables. Azithromycin 500, Alergin cold total, Acenext-p ,paraup 600. After take these medicine my cold and cough finished quickly but after that I am feeling that my body is always vibrating. I feeling my eye sight become less. Always very tired. My blood pressure become also low. Now I am in very trouble please advise me.
