Hi, Can a nose be crooked without being broken? Fell and smashed nose. It looks very crooked and there is a large bump on it, when I press it I can hear cracking. However, I saw a doctor today and got a CT scan - Dr. Told me it was not broken. He was rushing me and was very busy. I find it hard to believe it isn't broken because it looks so different. What else could it be?.

Get an X Ray done it will give a better idea about broken nose. See a Plastic Surgeon who can guide you better. If the shape has changes and if its almost a wek the swelling also goes down and you get a better idea.
