Please explain this -- right ovary (3.712.77 cm) and shows polycystic changes .Left ovary (4.22 1.76 cm) and shows polycystic changes. Since 1 year ttc so this was my TVS report just want knowledge about this.

Polycystic appearance of ovaries means that the ovaries have multiple small follicles which give the appearance of multiple cysts. If the lh levels are also high, ovulation may not occur.
