I recently had a bit of a stressful situation with someone which led to me losing my erection with her. The situation was rectified but I became anxious about this repeating again. It didn't for a few weeks but recently my stress levels were high again and I was unable to perform again. Ever since that I become very anxious about the prospect of it happening which means in turn it has happened again. I'm 23, I am very fit. I've recently quit smoking and only drink once a week/fortnight so I don't think it's an actual physical issue but am unsure of how to fix it.
