Hi, I get fungal infection around vagina quite often. My skin around becomes very dry and starts hurting. I was asked to used intiwash daily twice and put Betnovate GM around the flabs. Betnovate GM has stopped coming in the market what will be an alternate to this cream? Chemist gave me Neo-Clobenate GM instead. I am not sure if I can use it around Vagina. Please advise. Also I this dryness and infection almost every month closer to my dates. I am a diabetic too.

Apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar has demonstrated antifungal properties against Candida, another fungal infection. To treat ringworm with apple cider vinegar, soak a cotton wool pad in the undiluted vinegar and wipe it on the affected area. Repeat up to 3 times daily.
