Hi I have pcod from the last 4 ya 5 years and my period is regular but its just only for 1 day and hair fall issues and my left ovary is globular and show tiny follicles arranged in the periphery .so I am confuse for my left ovary.

Some small size follicles are normal. Many follicles start developing simultaneously. Only one grow further in size n is released from ovary on 14 th day as ovum. Remaining follicles regress in size over a period time. So if there r tiny follicles in ovary then it?s normal. But periods for 1 day only is less you need to repeat your abdomen ultrasound. Also do TSH from some lab.
