I am a 27-year-old male and I am suffering from puffy nipples, causing my aerola to swell in normal temperatures and it doesn't look good when I wear t-shirts as my chest pops out like breasts. In cool temperatures, puffiness doesn't happen. I don't think its gynecomastia. Please help me.
