I Have taken Ducloflex regularly for more than a year. Whenever I try different things. I don't get bowel movement. So I have dependency of taking one tablet each day for bowel movement. Is there is any medicine which can be taken in place of it. Also by taking it leads to my weight loss. Please help. If there is any medicine which works same for bowel movement from first day.

Change your lifestyle first. That is main cause of constipation. Speciafically eat food on time like bf at8 am lunch by 12 dinner by 730 pm maximum. If you eat late nothing will work. Consult a good ayurvedic Dr. who can guide you on diet and lifestyle. Take medicine for brief period. Check if you have developed big piles?

If you are taking it for a longer time, body gets habitual to this. Initially you can add natural things for bowel movement and than you can quit the medicine gradually. Take it in a regular way. You can also checked your heat level of the body. Excess heat leads to constipation and gastritis sometimes.
