Hi, I had an accident in my childhood where I lost my vision of my right eye. I can partially see large objects but can't read and write with that eye. And after surgery there a white mark left and it squints. Can I be issued visually handicapped certificate?

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, if you have less than 10percent vision in the damaged eye and other eye has normal vision ,u would probably fit into category of 20percent disability. To determine the extent of your eye problem ,only after physical examination it is possible to decide what percentage of disability is there.
