After one and half months I was tested negative sir will it be secured.

Hello. In all probability you are HIV negative. PEP is best when started with in an hr of exposure, good up to 24 hrs of exposure and has been recommended up to 72 hrs of exposure and not beyond this period (WHO Guidelines) I assume you had your base line hiv test as advised by the Dr. who gave you PEP. You had test at 45 days and again I assume it was HIV1 and 2 antigen antibody test (since you do not mention what test you did). As per protocol, repeat HIV 1 and 2 antibody ,antigen 4th gen test at 90 day from the suspected exposure. Its good to consult a hiv spl online or in person when you had PEP as its not possible to provide more details here.
