Asthakind syrup is given for chest congestion or childhood asthma. It can cause Irritability, crying and shaky hands. The dose would be thrice daily and not twice daily. There are better and effective alternatives like Syp. Asthalin or Syp. Ventorlin with better safety. Meet your paediatrician to clear doubts.
