I am a 31 years old male. Me and my wife have been trying for a baby since last 6 months without any success in the month of July last year I had done a semen analysis and the result showed 48mil/cc with 40% progressive motility with normal morphology. I again retested in the month of january ,and the count has reduced to 18mil/cc but other parameters have remained same. What is the next step I should take going forward.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by gynecologist or infertility specialist.
