Hi We are on our letrozole enhanced cycle with follicular study. My wife had 3 follicles, 20x 16 on right, 13x13 and 12 x 12 left on the 18th day of her cycle when the doc gave hcg injection (do not know the power). We tried on 18th 19th 20th and 21st day. And went for check up on 22nd day. Only the right follicle ruptured and the left side did not. So the doctor suggested we try alternate days and come back on 28th day. We went back on 28th day and the follicle still has not ruptured. But it is growing one was 16x16 and 13x14. We are suppose to try tonight and visit doctor tomorrow i.e 30th day. The endometrial thickness increased from .8 to 1 between 18th and 28th day. My wife has pcos and has not been getting her periods regularly. What do we do? Are there any chances for the follicle to still rupture or will it more likely form a cyst? Also what are chances of getting pregnant from the 1 follicle that ruptured? When should we check? Can there be any complications with pregnancy if my wife does get pregnant and the follicles do not rupture and form cyst?
