Hello. I'm looking for some information about cubital tunnel syndrome and pronator syndrome. I've been diagnosed with both but I don't understand if I have two different things or if pronator syndrome is another fancy name for cubital tunnel syndrome. I've looked up definitions for both and they seem similar but i'm not an expert so I need further explanation if you would. Also I have cubital tunnel syndrome bilateral and would like to know what that means as well and could you tell me too how well does a steroid injection work for such a condition? Please and thank you.

steroids injection will give you temporary relief for 6 months to 1 year, it will not help in permanent cure for any sort of syndrome
