I am 26, I have been having pricking, twinge like pain in both lower sides of my abdomen since some days before ovulation till this date. My period started on the 20th but not like my full period, but still having the twinge from both of my ovary. I took pregnancy test on the 20th which is negative. I really don't know what is going on.
