HI, I am using dexona and practin tablet during breast feeding that effect goes to my breast milk or not please tell.

Yes it does go to breast milk Dexamethasone does pass into breast milk, but low doses taken by the mother are unlikely to significantly affect a nursing baby. Take drugs that are absolutely essential for your health and inform your treating doctor about breast feeding so that doses can be adjusted or drug withdrawn
