Hi, I am 26 year old woman, trying to get pregnant since more than 1 and a half year, I have a small cyst on my right ovary the size of it is 24x 20, it is there consistently from around 5-6 months, I was prescribed novelon for 2 months, but the chest did not dissolve, but my left ovary does produce eggs without any medicines so does my right but due to the cyst it does not grow. In my last cycle my follicular size on day 10 was 11*9 mm but after that it did not show growth even on 13th, day of my cycle, so my gums prescribed letroz 2.5 mg 2 tab a day from the 3rd the of my periods, and this time the follicle did grow and on day 13th it was 20*17 and on the same day I visited my going so he advised maintain relation for 2 days and get the follicular test done on day 15th and on day 15 the follicle was not there it did get ruptured, my Dr. advice to maintain relation again for 2, days and advised to take susten sr 300 mg from day 17th for 10 days. What are my chances of conceiving this time and is there any possibility that the right ovary cyst will cause any hindrance in conceiving, and when should I exactly do a pregnancy test if a miss a periods.
