I am a 16 year old male and have noticed that my height growth have been very slow since 4 years back (only 2-3 inches) I have played sports, ate right, slept right. I sleep about 7 hours daily. Additionally, I tend to work out close to bedtime, does it actually affect my hormone production (growth hormone)? Because that's the only time I can exercise. However I just thought of probably sleeping extra early to wake up earlier (maybe getting 8 hrs of sleep) and exercising in the morning. Should I stick my old program, try my new routine or do you have any suggestion to help me grow taller fast? My father is 5'11, mom is 5'3, i'm 5'7. Thanks.
