My knee pops and hurts when I straighten it I think it has to do with an injury from the gym but lately when I put my weight on it it pops and hurts then it becomes normal but when I slightly bend it it's the same thing again.

it's due to multivitamin deficiencies, suppliment it with multivitamin suppliments along with suppliments for calcium and vitamin d 3,along with it go for proper calcium rich diet, along with regular exercises and avoid squatting and crossed leg sitting etc
