I am suffering from urinary tract infection. I'm taking disodium hydrogen citrate. Do I need to undergo an urine culture? And do I need to take medication? Can't I solve this problem without medicines?

Yes you can solve this problem without medicines also. Do the following-- 1. You maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2. Do change your undergarments at least 2 times a day 3.
