I am 22. I have pcos which I came to know about four month ago when I consulted my gynecologist. At that time I had severe hair loss, I missed my periods for 3 months, and white patches on right cheek. After that I started doing weight training in gym to lose weight. I was 62 kgs, now I am 58. But my weight keeps fluctuating between 58-59. And I have missed my periods again this month. Currently I am not taking any medicine. Please suggest something 1) which may help me lose weight 2) help me regulate my periods 3) I have stated getting rashes on my left cheek recently, does it mean, now I have pcos in other ovary also?
