Hi, In my both side on groin red aches line and black spot there I might think it fungal infection but now showing on penis also with red line I used terbinafine and itraconazole 400 mg used for 7 days fluconazole 150 mg used some its time it dry totally but still again red lines and black swollen spots there. itchiness face used many cream still no result please help me what I used and what I do?

Biggest problem with treatment you have taken so far is during of treatment. Fungal infection treatment should be continued for at least 6-8 weeks for complete remission. Most patient stop treatment once they see good improvement from outside but it takes long time to eradicate fungus from inside of the skin. Secondly I don't see any creams or powder for topical application. Also don't take mixture of multiple anti fungal medicines in high doses. Last but not least good fungal precautions.
