That till now the skin didn't peel off. By making the penis still inside. Due to this problem. When he gets excited r when he does sex. He can't last more than 3 mins. Sperm is coming outside in a quick time as the upper skin is stopping his penis from coming outside by covering it fully. How to solve this problem? Is it possible to remove that skin at the end of penis?
