Hello doctor, 7 days ago I took a tetanus toxoid injection in the buttock region. After 2 days I started to feel pain when pressure is applied and the area slowly gets stiff and hard. The area is somewhat swollen and redden. Can I get benefit if I use thrombophob gel topically over the area or you give other medications. Please help me.
