My foreskin gets stuck below my penis head, but it automatically goes up when the erectness is gone, I think it's acute paraphimosis. The problem is that, while my penis is in erect state the foreskin don't goes below the head, it gets stuck there, I want it to go further down. And I don't want circumcision.
