The tablet is unnecessary. Low lying placenta is seen in many pregnancies, in the first trimester. In 97% cases it will move up as the baby grows and uterus increases in size. You will have scans in 5th month, and again close to 8th month to check position of placenta. The advised treatment is to avoid sex, and strenuous activities. No medications help.
