Mr. lybrate-user, thanks for the query. I think the various numbers that you have given are :first part is tsh level and second part is the dosage of levothyroxine, is that correct? I am sure by now her ob & gynec doctor and endocrinologist might have already talked about the recommended levels of tsh during the gestational (pregnancy) period. These are 1st trimester: 0.1 to 2,5 mu/l, 2nd trimester: 0.2 to0. 3.0 mu/l & 3rd trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mu/l. Preferably all through out the pregnancy tsh should be maintained around 2 mu/l that will help better growt of the fetus and will also help in expected healthy outcome of the pregnancy. Most important hormone to be concentrated is tsh. Since the value now is around 0.11 mu/l, please continue the same dosage. But please check tsh every four weeks and see that it remains within the above mentioned range or closer to 2 mu/l. If you have any doubt please do come back. Thanks.
